Don’t doubt who you are or your abilities. 𝒀𝒐𝒖 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒌! I notice women around me (me included) doubting their abilities, feeling like imposters when they are doing so well, great even. My new phrase to speak to my daughter is “you’re stronger and more capable than you think”. Hopefully instilling that sentiment early on will push her to do new and more challenging things in life. But not every girl is privileged to have someone in their lives to help them through the tough inner thoughts or to say it’s okay to fail, fail hard and keep going! That’s why my shop donates to the Malala Fund. To help girls around the world be the best version of themselves. I feel sad to know some girls are having to put their studies on hold, while their brothers can continue, or have to miss school because of their menstrual cycle. School is so important, not just to learn how to read, write and do math, but also to learn about yourself - how you operate and what you like. And I want to support them as much as I can.
